Pure Confections: Our Story

Jesebel was born and raised in the Philippines. She moved to New York after she graduated from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, where she studied Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management with a major in Culinary Arts. Jesebel collaborated with well-known chefs for 10 years, molding her into an experienced Pastry Chef with a demonstrated history of working in the restaurant industry of New York City. With an eye for detail, inventive mind, and great passion for pastry arts, she produces contemporary designs and irresistible but not overly sweet recipes. In 2014 she founded Pure Confections and started creating custom specialty cakes for weddings, birthdays, and other special occasions.
